I recently finished a client's living room. She wanted a soft palette with pops of color. The jumping off point was a vibrant lilac and cobalt fabric. The room simply evolved from there...

She wanted a glass table and we scored this vintage waterfall table (via Ann). The rug is one of my favorite Anatolian's (via a New York dealer) and it adds the perfect accent to the neutral gray/blue wool.

The client wanted to showcase her portrait and wanted relocate the coral secretary. I talked her into keeping it and I'm so glad we did. The art above the mantle is a commissioned piece by Ann White Schutte. I love how it pulls it al together. It's "finely" finished with lots of pretty details...
