Ann brings an eclectic aesthetic to HPID with a background in art and design. Her projects range from dramatic one room make-overs to renovations to new construction. She excels in space planning, color and pattern mixing. She loves integrating client's favorite treasures and mixing the old with the new.

 

With experience in antiques and art, she often finds beauty in the imperfect. Her spaces are timeless, comfortable and unexpectedly layered. She returns to HPID after many years of collaboration

and co-writing the popular home and lifestyle blog: Birds of a Feather Design with Hooper Patterson. 

 

Ann draws her inspiration from her four teenagers and has an appreciation for controlled chaos and the need for functionality.  Her work can be seen in local publications as well as HGTV Magazine.
